Simplicity is Key

By streamlining consultations and providing a simple, self-serve pick-up station at Rain Shadow Ranch, we have trimmed out the stress and additional fees involved with wedding and event florals.

We hope our uncomplicated four-step process, outlined to the right, makes selecting your wedding florals the easiest part of your big day.

  • After you send in the inquiry form, we will check your date for available and review budget and floral needs. If everything aligns with our offerings, we will schedule a 20-minute Zoom consultation to discuss expectations, next steps, and send you a final cost proposal.

  • After a 50% deposit is paid to lock in your date, we will email you a reference sheet for your order. Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding date.

  • One month before the wedding, we will email you to confirm final counts (bouquets, centerpieces, etc.), and collect the name, email, and phone number of whom will be picking up your florals. That person will receive directions and information on pick-up logistics, so there’s no confusion on when and where your flowers will be available.

  • You florals will be kept in our coolers until your scheduled pick-up time. Should there be any delay, we can put them back into the cooler.

    Instructions for transporting and handling the florals will be sent to the bride/groom and the pick-up contact.

 FAQs

  • We service only one wedding per day, so it's recommended to reserve your date as early as possible. Generally, wedding florals are reserved 3 to 6 months in advance.

  • We can deliver within 20 miles of Port Orchard, WA for an additional $200. This is for one stop only and does not include set-up or tear-down. Delivery must be requested with the initial inquiry.

  • We keep things simple at Rain Shadow and only offer the florals listed in our packages above. That said, we have amazing floral design partners and friends who would love to recommend.

  • You can order as many or as few wedding items as you need for your celebration, however our packages cannot be modified.

  • All flowers and greenery come from our fields and local boutique flower farms. We cannot guarantee specific flowers and do not grow roses or tropical varieties.
