  • The early the better, but we require no less than three weeks before events to coordinate properly.

  • Yes, for an additional fee or $25 within 15 miles of the Ranch or $50 between 15 and 30 miles.

  • We keep things simple at Rain Shadow and only offer intimate packages, describes on our Wedding Florals page. That said, we have amazing floral design partners and friends who would love to recommend.

  • Short answer, no. All flowers and greenery come from our fields, local boutique flower farms and warehouses, but are also dependent on season and available. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific flowers, but will suggest comparable varieties.

  • Short answer, no. We’re happy to help in any way we can, but please remember that our Coordination and Processing services have a combined minimum of $125. We recommend a floral budget of $400 or more to make it cost effective for our clients.

Ordering Process

  • Let us know what your milestones are for the event, including date, location, style and budget range.

    We will promptly respond and let you know about availability. If your dates is open, we’ll schedule a quick phone call to discuss your goals for you event.

  • Once we know what you’re looking for, we will price out the varieties and quantities needed to fulfill your order. This will be emailed to you. Upon payment, your reservation will added to our schedule.

  • Before we place our final orders with our partner farmers and vendors, you can order an optional demo arrangement, to make sure the flowers meet your expectations. Design can be documented, so you can repeat at your event.

  • To ensure maximum longevity and beauty, each stem is cut at an angle for optimal absorption, and any leaves that could hinder hydration are stripped away. We place flowers in clean, fresh water with a floral preservative to enhance lifespan, all while keeping then in a cool environment to minimize stress.

    Prior to delivery, we will retrim each steam, freshen up the water, and remove any dulled petals or blooms.

  • You florals will be kept in our coolers until your scheduled pick-up time. Should there be any delay, we can put them back into the cooler.

    Instructions for transporting and handling the florals will be sent to the bride/groom and the pick-up contact.
